and we will try to accommodate you. We have a couple of
photo collections from people that hiked the Trail in the
1970-80s that we will include once we have scanned the slides,
so stay posted.
We have selected photos and organized them into folders based
on date, some common animals and the Trail at Mile
Posts. Click on the folder text or image to open the PDF
for browsing. Be patient since some of these files are
rather large and take time to load.
Several Mile Post
Trail sections were not photographed. In some cases
nearby photos were substituted when the environments were
similar. The view direction (up trail or down trail)
varies and some locations were omitted due to oversight or
missing road bed (washouts, debris flows, land slips, etc.).
